6th International Conference on Aviation Management Brings New Perspectives to the Sector
Organized by the Department of Aviation Management of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association, The International Conference on Aviation Management brought industry professionals and academics together on 19-20 December 2023.
At the conference, where a total of 36 papers were presented, 21 English and 15 Turkish papers discussed the latest developments and future vision in the field of aviation. This information, shared by 24 participants from different universities, revealed the diversity and richness in the sector.
The scientific board of the conference consisted of experienced academicians from 7 different countries and 19 different universities. These scholars meticulously evaluated the incoming abstracts by applying the double-blind refereeing process, thereby enhancing the scientific quality of the conference.
Among the invited speakers, Prof. Dr. Konstantinos KALLIGIANNIS and Prof. Dr. Jakob FUNKENSTEIN (International University of Applied Sciences) shared his significant experience in the industry.
The conference, which had 60 participants in the opening session, was meticulously recorded with the numbers and statistics of the sessions.
The conference, in which participants from 24 different universities interacted, opened new horizons for the sector by covering a broad perspective in the field of aviation management.
Submitted abstracts were subjected to a double-blind refereeing process, which reinforced the scientific value of the conference. This event, which focused on innovations in the sector and shaped the aviation management of the future, provided participants with important perspectives.
